Exercise Class for Strength Building
Mike and Mary Chase would like to plan an exercise class at the Safari Clubhouse a couple of mornings a week if there is interest.
As we age, it is so important to maintain and/or build muscle to keep us healthy and protect our bones in case of a fall.
The exercises will be low impact strength with modifications for those that need it. The class is open to men and women. If you’re interested in participating, please sign up on the list in the lodge on the table under the bulletin board near the office door. More details to follow.
