11-03-23: Let me open by saying. Dave K has designed a great Website.
The only issue is, I have had no training on how to post here.
I believe that communication is Vital
This is my 4 attempt. I sure hope it works.
Last night i was finely able to get the Board Meeting Agenda to post.
Although it is not in the format i printed. (Unless you login)
Anyway, Bear with me while i figure out these curves, hills and valleys.
I'm sure most everyone knows that we have recently had 3 board members resign.
Their reasons are there own, and I.m not going to discuss that here.
What I would like to bring up. Is how we go about filling those vacancies.
It says in our By Laws: Article IV Section 7.
Vacancies on the Board of Directors, shall be filled by appointment by the Board of Directors.
The appointee will serve until a candidate is elected at a regularly scheduled September meeting.
The newly elected Board member will serve out the remainder of the term for that position.
To that end, we have been meeting with and talking to people who are interested in some of these positions.
This is not an election, We will follow the guidelines as set forth in the By Laws.
As soon as we have confirmed appointees. We will make an announcement.
