Exercise Class for Strength Building
The class is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. by Mike and Mary Chase at the Safari Clubhouse.
As we age, it is so important to maintain and/or build muscle to keep us healthy and protect our bones in case of a fall.
The exercises will be low impact strength with modifications for those that need it. The class is open to men and women. Bring a floor mat and some weights if you have them.
