Declarations of Candidacy

06-12-24: The deadline for submitting your Declaration of Candidacy if you are interested in a position up for election on the Board of Directors is due by July 6th. The positions up for election are Vice President, Treasurer, Financial Director, and Assistant Secretary/Treasurer. Candidates must be a member in good standing for one year. Duties for positions are listed in the bylaws. The form is available under Documents on the website and in the lodge on the bulletin board and must be submitted to the Secretary. Qualified candidates for elective office will be allowed to make a brief presentation at the July 20 Membership Meeting. Voting takes place in September.
