MEMBERSHIP MEETING
The July Membership meeting will be on video and available for viewing any time after 1pm this coming Saturday, July 15. The best way to view the video is to go to the MySafari page and look under MySafari videos. The first line should be for the July membership meeting video. Click that link and you will be taken to the video without any web trackers knowing where you went. If you cannot access the MySafari page, you can use the link https://youtu.be/2ZjggvxOCF0 but your browsing might be tracked.
TOM’S DAYS OFF
Summer is here and Tom has changed is days off to the normal Summer schedule which means that he will now be off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please do not disturb him on his days off unless it is a true emergency.
SAFARI DAYS
The planning for Safari Days is going forward but we still need more folks to step forward and volunteer to make Safari Days a success. If many people step up and take on a small responsibility, the event will happen. If not, then it will be cancelled. You can see in the attached spreadsheet that there are many opportunities for folks help out. Tammie Ohrman is coordinating the event this year. With your assistance, you can help us make Safari Days even better this year. Please contact Tammie at (505) 252-8940 to get details and sign up.
CANDIDATE STATEMENTS
Candidates for board positions were required to file declarations of their candidacy if they wished to be put on the ballot. Five candidates have filed these statements and you can view them on the home page of our website at www.safari-ilwaco.org.
